Hawaiian Sloppy Joes (Vegan)

Sometimes--especially times after a week with little to no bread consumption--a girl craves a good, hearty sandwich. This veganized Sloppy Joe more than satisfied the craving. The only changes I made were in subbing diced tomatoes for tomato sauce, topping with arugula and using a different bread. The recipe calls for buns and really, any good Sloppy Joe should be on a bun BUT I went for Ezekiel Bread for it's healthier properties. You can get Chef Chloe's recipe here.
